Concept artwork for one of seven shopping centres that would be rebranded for Land Securities’ South East portfolio. The shopping centre is located on the coast and so a relationship between top designer brands and the sea was the chosen approach. Taking the model’s features out of the picture meant that the focus was left purely on fashion/product and water. Initially, stock photography was to be used with the photoshoot taking place once creative was confirmed.
